Knock Knock Challenge

The Knock Knock Challenge is an awareness campaign created by Community Liver Alliance to engage people in sharing videos of themselves telling "knock knock" jokes and challenging their friends, family members, and work colleagues to do the same. Social media will be the platform where the challenges will take place. Campaign hashtags (#CommunityLiverAlliance, #CLAKnockKnockChallenge) will help tie posts together and enable participants to view other's submissions.

Through this, the CLA would like to create a broader awareness of its mission and generate future leads to help support the cause.

More details coming soon - official kick-off is on Tuesday, March 2.

How can you participate? It's easy. Play along!

  1. Come up with your best knock knock joke

  2. Record yourself (solo or with a friend) telling the joke:

    • First, introduce yourself!

    • "Challenge" someone by calling them out that they can't tell a funnier joke than yours

    • If you're telling your joke on behalf of someone else or in memory of someone else, please announce this before you tell the joke

    • If you want to add a donation to your challenge, then you can include "I'm pledging [this amount] on and want to encourage you to do the same."

  3. Share your video to social media, tag the person/people you're challenging, and use #CommunityLiverAlliance and #CLAKnockKnockChallenge when commenting and sharing. *Set your video to "public" so it's shareable

  4. Encourage your friends and family to top your joke by submitting one of their own
